Mayr Transmissions will be exhibiting a selection of noise damped safety brakes at ABTT 2013

Mayr Transmissions will be exhibiting products from its market leading range of noise damped safety brakes for use in stage and theatre winching and lifting applications.
ROBA-stop-silenzio

Alongside our well established ROBA-stop-silenzio single and double circuit brakes which are the industry standard for low noise (<50dBa) redundant braking systems, Mayr will be exhibiting new products including :-

ROBA-secustop
ROBA-secustop - a lower cost dual circuit BGVC 1 and EN81 compliant brake offering safe, maintenance free, quiet (<65dBa) braking. It is available in three sizes up to 2x20Nm making it ideal for smaller hoisting devices.

  Mayr Quiet Braked Motor
Quite Braked Motors – through collaboration with a number of motor manufacturers Mayr now offer complete single or double braked motors using either our silenzio, secustop or ROBA-stop-M brakes dependent on the motor size and application.

ROBA-twinstop – the perfect safety brake for space restrained drives offering EN81 compliant dual circuit braking in an extremely compact design. Mayr’s noise damping system makes the brake almost silent in operation and the new contactless signal monitoring offers unparalleled levels of reliability.

ROBA-SBCplus control – developed in partnership with Pilz of Germany the brand new SBCplus is the perfect control module to ensure Mayr’s brakes are switched, monitored and controlled in the safest and most efficient way possible.

We look forward to welcoming you to our stand (116 in the Orange Hall) and discussing ways in which we could help your organisation.
