Stage Electrics launching MAGIC FX gas-based special effects at ABTT 2013

Stage Electrics is exhibiting at this year’s ABTT Theatre Show on the 12^th & 13^th June and will be displaying a range of audio, lighting, staging and video products that reflect the wide range of specialist equipment the company offers. New for 2013, there will be a display of gas based special effects from Dutch manufacturer MAGIC FX. These gas based confetti & streamer effects, through the use of small amounts of pressurised nitrogen, are an ideal solution aimed at venues with a restricted use of traditional pyrotechnics.

New for lighting sees the introduction of the LED Source Four Mini by ETC. This compact, lightweight and innovative lighting fixture has been designed with the DNA from its bigger brothers in the Source Four family and with a 50-watt lamp it is brighter than other lighting units of its size. The Source Four Mini is the perfect solution for small scale installations and has the ability to blend into an architectural or artistic design of venues such as theatres and museums. Other lighting featured on the stand will be from Philips, Chauvet and Avolites.

In addition, innovative DMX mini winches by Wahlberg will be on display. These winches are ideal for stage use and will be demonstrating their unique capabilities for fast and quiet flying of small loads and practicals.
