White Light showing new Altman, CORE, James Thomas and Chromolech lighting products at ABTT 2013

White Light will be exhibiting on stand 133 in the Orange Hall. New to the show will be:

The Spectra Cyc is a 100 Watt cyclorama wall wash luminaire utilizing red, green, blue and amber LED emitters. Designed for theatrical and architectural applications, the Spectra Cyc blends colors via a patented LED lens which reduces pixelization from direct view. The on board power supply allows for direct power & data input which can be daisy chained thru 20 units.. Designed for use on 8’ centers maximum, individual units can be linked side by side for greater saturation of light. The Spectra Cyc is compatible with both DMX and RDM protocols, and comes complete with a library of pre-programmed single colors to various color mixes. Units are made for floor or Sky-Cyc applications.

*NEW* CORE ColourPoint Lithium Battery Uplight RGBW is a lower cost lightweight lithium battery powered LED event uplight with Wireless DMX Control, rated for outdoor use (IP65). Very bright 2000lumen output will light up medium sized trees, 2-3 storey architectural uplighting and powerful wall-washing in marquees & buildings. Designed and manufactured in the UK with new quad-chip RGBW LED technology for excellent colour-mixing. Charge from mains in a 6-way flight case. Alternatively run from AC power supply as a separate optional item.

The units connect wirelessly with WirelessDMX to a CORE Point15/20/30 Master uplighter to avoid the need for complex lighting desks on-site. However, they can also be linked up to a lighting desk with a Wireless Solutions W-DMX transmitter unit for more complex schemes, or simply run as stand-alone units with built-in colours or colour sequences.

The CORE Theatre Worklight is a mains dimmable white work light or blues light for theatre task lighting that can be dimmed simply from existing undimmed mains circuits using an existing power switch. White or blue modes can be selected during a performance. The fixtures may be attached to truss, ceilings or walls and may directly replace existing lighting.

Costs are significantly reduced with LED technology improving light quality and providing energy savings using 1/7 to 1/10th of the power of halogen fixtures. Dimmed mode conserves more energy. With over 50,000 hours’ life expectancy, bulb replacement and maintenance are virtually eliminated too making it ideal for retrofit situations to save energy and money.

James Thomas Truss: This high capacity but lightweight truss comes in two industry standard sizes of 30 and 40cm. The connection is a universal male/female fork which makes connecting the truss easy. The unique fork has been developed to be held together with a tapered pin resulting in easier removal. JT Truss now comes with the choice of solid type corners or gates. JT30S is manufactured from 6082T6 grade aluminium tube with 50mm x 3mm wall main tubes,16mm x 2mm wall diagonals on all faces. All trusses are supplied with a set of tapered pins and 'R' clips. All structural calculations have been written in accordance with BS CP8118 and verified by on site testing. Welding of truss is performed with British Standard approved welders.

Chromlech Elidy is nothing less than the world's first LED matrix fixture capable of projecting volumetric graphics! Elidy combines high-output, calibrated, warm white LEDs with specific optics to generate extremely narrow beams that far exceed the intensity of LED screens.

Elidy is a matrix of 5 x 5 very high power Leds, driven by state of the art electronics to provide the world's first LED wall capable of projecting light. Its output exceeds that of standard Led sceens and can be used to provide projection effects. It is modular in form, based around a single projector of 25 Leds (1 sq.ft), which can be assembled to form up to 225 Leds (1 sq/m) and arranged into screens, columns, or any including angled forms.
